Domain Name Purchase Refund Policy

In this document, KineticDomains Ltd., Inc. is referred to as "KineticDomains".

When you acquire one of our domain names, you will be required to make a payment, either by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, paypal, or paper check. Please note that all payments charged and collected by KineticDomains Ltd., Inc. for premium domains (Domains sold for $400 and up) are Non-refundable. This is because all premium sales are final.

All our policies are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website for immediate updates.

All non-Premium domains are subject to the refund within 30 days after the purchase. Refund requests may be submitted by email to refunds@KineticDomains.com, by phone to the number listed on the website, or by physical mail. Where possible, refunds will be made by a credit issued to the same financial institution on whose account the payment was made, or by a company check sent by US Postal Service mail, in the case of payments by check. In cases where these methods are not possible or unsatisfactory, refunds will be made by the by the quickest means possible and this will also be determined by the facts presented by each individual case. KineticDomains Ltd., Inc. does not and cannot accept responsibility for the method or time of processing by financial institutions after refunds are granted. In all refund cases, the domain will be removed from the customer's domain management account and returned to ownership by KineticDomains Ltd., Inc..

Premium Domain Name Purchase Refund Policy

KineticDomains offers Premium Domain Names. Premium Domain Names are domains that are sold for $400+ USD. These Premium Domains are sold on a no refund basis.

Domain Registration Refund Policy

Registration fees for Domain Names not purchased from KineticDomains.com inventory are not subject to refund.

3rd Party Product Refund Policy

KineticDomains.com does not provide refunds for any product or service that has been purchased from a third party. KineticDomains.com may from time to time advertise and promote various third party products and services, including but not limited to web hosting, merchant accounts, SSL certificates, and similar products. Refunds for these services, if purchased, are handled by the third party provider and customers should contact them for further information.

Inventory Deficit Refund Policy

On rare occasions, KineticDomains's system may misidentify domains as being in our inventory when they are not.  Should it arise that a customer buys a domain that is later found not to be in KineticDomain's inventory, KineticDomains reserves the right to either refund the customer's money or to acquire the domain on the customer's behalf. This is at KineticDomain's sole discretion.

In cases where KineticDomains is unable to supply a domain that a customer has intended to purchase, the customer agrees that their sole remedy will be a refund of all fees paid. The customer also agrees that they shall not rely on the potential availability of any Offering, including but not limited to, the purchase of a domain name, for any purpose, unless and until such domain name is actually registered to the customer.

Error Refund Policy

KineticDomains.com makes every effort to carry out all their work flawlessly. This includes human and machine operated processes. There are occasions where errors may occur despite all efforts to avoid them. In the case of errors by Us, You agree that Your sole remedy will be a full refund of the fees that you have actually paid to KineticDomains for the specific, individual transaction during the execution or processing of which when the error occurred. You agree to forego forever any and all attempts to recover any money, property, or intangible rights, or value from Us as a result of any errors we may make, other than the full refund of fees actually paid by you to KineticDomains at the time when the error occurred.
